Assassin's Creed

Top game in Digital Life today!

Had my first try of Assassin's Creed on the new PS3.
The story line is very engaging. You play a modern guy who tries to tap his assassin ancestor's memories. Super cool. You shuffle between modern life and ancient times to complete the story.

There are multiple saving points in the game. Which I like. All you need to do is save innocent civilians from the guards and you get to save your game. Better than those games that need you to search high and low for the safe point.

The graphics are very good also. The people and surroundings are not static, they react and respond according to your location and what you are doing. Dialogues in the game cannot be skipped. But it's nice, cos' you feel like you are part of a movie. And from there, you actually seriously follow the storyline.

Basically you can assume different types of role, which makes this game appealing to me. You can either assassinate someone quietly, or kill openly, escape from crowds by blending in with the crowd, jump and jump like Prince of Persia (easier to move actually...), eavesdrop and pickpocket. Coolz!

First day... and I got hooked for about 4-5 hours.... not bad for a start!
